Bio
United States Air Force Veteran
After service in the U.S. Air Force for 6 years, Patrick pursued many passions including: Fire Fighting, Emergency Medicine, and Art. In 2008 he decided to start a business to put his love of woodworking and renovation to good use.
Shortly thereafter, he began inspecting homes in the Pacific Southwest. Since then he’s inspected countless properties across the country from coast-to-coast serving clients of all types and at all levels of real estate investment.

After 9 years of inspections all over the U.S., Patrick decided to move back to his home town where he plans to stay. In the process of pulling chocks, he made a commitment to himself and his clients to be the best inspector possible.
